The Stables

The Stables room is our specially prepared, private dining room for parties of 15 and more up to a maximum of 35 for a seated meal.

Until recently, the oldest part of the Angel to remain un-modernised was this single storey building which extends out to the rear of the hotel beside the car park. In 2012, we brought it into use as a versatile and intimate function cum dining space. It is suitable for all kinds of get-togethers and meals often being used for birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, funeral wakes and conferences to name but a few.

The real benefit is that the space is just for you and your party. You can be yourselves and not worry too much about other customers. You can bring your own music to play on our USB system or even have an acoustic music set, what ever suits your mood. We have had a casino night here, there have been training sessions, film nights and hen dos as well as traditional evening dinner parties.
